I bought a 3+1+1 wooden sofa for rs. 44,000 from JFA in 2019. Though it was expensive, we bought from JFA for its brand name. In 3 years, the three seater started to make noises and a fews months later, we found crack in the middle of the front reaper. Reaper was not a single piece, but of two pieces joined together.

When i contacted JFA, they said it is out of one year warranty and had to pay for the service. I made the point, it developed crack as the main reaper was not of single piece, which should have been a single piece. It was poor workmanship. I contacted the HR manager, but was adamant it was not their fault. When i asked him who the owner is, he said owner's son is Ram kumar who is running it now. As usual the reply came from HR Manager, he was out of station and busy.

Finally i paid 4500 and repaired it from JFA. I expected JFA as a brand name, owns up their faulty workmanship and repaired it free of cost. Later i find these kind of issues from other people who bought furniture from JFA.

It is best you find a good carpenter locally for home furniture needs. You can also bring carpenter from your natibe place ot do it. It will be cheaper and get a good quality product. Brands like JFA came up offering quality furniture with warranty, thriving more on trust. They price it on a higher range for even normal designs. But over time, they compromise on workmanship and quality.

Hey all..We recently purchased furniture’s for our home from JFA furniture Royapettah branch and I would say my personal experience of both shopping and furniture delivery both were remarkably smooth and prompt.
The staff over there were extremely polite, knowledgeable, and was very cooperative and assisted us in getting us the right piece of furniture and colour we asked for.
The delivery was also done on time and the furniture was sturdy and rightly fitted in our home.
On the whole, I would suggest and recommend this branch especially for varied furniture collections with appropriate customisation as per our wish.
Excellent service and quality totally.

This shop has 4 or 6 floors in total they do have all the furniture related items like sofa, bereau, Cot, dining table, TV stand, computer table, dressing table and much more at a very good quality. I have not seen such quality in any other furniture shops. Pricing is expensive but it's justifies for their quality. They are providing a free delivery of goods upto 70kms which is really good for the consumers.
