We purchased a working table from this shop by paying full price and we were told that it would be delivered to us within 2 days ! At the end of the day around 7:30 PM we realised that nobody from the shop reached us to confirm the delivery nor there was any indication! After calling to there showroom, the marketing guy says that they had emergency and will not be able to deliver today! Due to our unavailability the next day we insisted for delivery as promised or to refund our money! Immediately within 5 mins we got a call from the showroom that product is on the way and will be delivered by 9PM! Which is definitely late for us! The delivery guy kept the package and did not assemble the product and claimed that there will be a different person for assembling the product! He kept on insisting that I sign the invoice and confirm that the product has been shipped in good condition! I refused to sign and told without assembling how can I confirm! He was like, no mam it doesn’t matter, this is just a formality! The moment he left we realised that nobody is going to come for assembling the table! Now we are unable to reach them on any platform and we were cheated in a fraction of seconds ! People please be careful with these corporate fraud tactics! We are trying to figure out a way now! Our hard earned money is being cheated by such people!
