Our review is rather different from the rest. We had been loyal customers of the shop for the last 5 years approximately. We've purchased Grand sarees, Soft silks, kurtis, skirts and even availed their stitching services. At first, the product and service were great. They have easy, reliable international shipping which it made extremely convenient for customers like me.
However, now after 5 years, I'm disappointed to stare that the quality, service and overall experience has severely decline.
1. Most of the sares purchased are quite highly priced with the lowest being 10000 on an average.
Similar sarees purchased from well known stores tend to last a long time. The sarees from Ayana have lost their sheen after moderate use and continuing to dry clean.
2. Another trouble is, sarees tend to vary in length. Having worn a fair share of silk sarees in my lifetime, I expect 5.5ft as the standard length for a beautiful set of pleated set in front. The sarees here aren't standard and could be a hit or miss.
3. Stitching: Blouse Stitching typically involves washing the fabric so it shrinks, age then ironing and Stitching the blouse thereafter. Most blouses stitched by their team are done directly causing it to shrink in a nasty manner street.
4. Their communication channels have also become unresponsive. This is compared to what they were 5 years ago.

With all these factors in mind, we do not see the value in purchasing from this boutique any longer. These sarees are probably suitable for younger adults who don't necessarily care about longevity or use it as much. The styles while good, are not worth the investment personally.

Had great expectations seeing photos and reviews...personally I felt some sarees looked used..very little choice...super high priced too. I went looking for something unique ..returned disillusioned.
