Possibly the worst OYO I have stayed at in my life. The faucet at the bathroom was broken and there was a water leak all over the bathroom. The water smelled like sulphuric acid or chlorine or whatever the worst smell that you can think of. Room was not as clean as expected. Staff was pretty rude and demanded money even though we just arrived slightly early for check-in and this is inspite of the fact that I had informed OYO customer care that we would be arriving early and they mentioned that it was fine and we wouldn't be charged earlier. This was the story in July/August 2021. I don't know if things have changed since then. But, in all the times I chose to stay at OYO, this was the worst for sure!

This hotel had nice rooms and the rooms only maintain with neat and clean. But the bathroom facilities is very poor, they are not maintain properly, the one of the tap is not working properly it is broken and handle with care. And the shower is not working and the shower not have handle to open. The bathroom inside not much clean. Im only like the bedroom only , i am giving 4 star rate only that is because of the room . Because the Air conditioning and the TV is good, so my sleep was very good. Overall experience is not much better as compared to the price.

I booked this hotel for 1 whole day through their website. I did early check-in and paid extra fees. I was said that the room would be sanitized in front of us and the hotel didn't bothered to keep their words. They argued that their property is not among those which promised sanitizing in front of the customer. (I'm pretty sure it is written in their website, you can also check that out). The bedsheets were very dirty and the bathroom floor and toilet was untidy. I had to request them to clean it again.
The staff didn't bother to wear masks at all. Even when they serve your food. If you are a prepaid customer, beware!! They are expert in finding loop holes for charging you extra.
You don't need to tip the waiter while they serve your food, they would charge themselves in the name of GST and other taxes. I was conscious about it and asked them to redo their maths before checking out. They took extra 50 Rs. excluding the taxes.
The only advantage is that it is near US Consulate. But I don't recommend this hotel to anyone especially if safety is your main concern than saving money.
