The sales counter fellow was not able to understand Tamil ,there was lot of confusion in the orders and due to lack of communication it was difficult

By its own standards it is good. They do not project themselves in any other way other than in trying to maintain reasonably good stocks of fruits and veggies, which they have successfully succeeded to. However they lack proper service and score a little low on hygiene also. All in all, not a bad outlet at all, where content is concerned.

Today 27th March, this outlet is a far improved outlet. Has the best greens in the area. Is now better maintained and disciplined.

20th May 2022. This place continues to maintain its improved standard.

21st July 2022. This outlet maintains the standard it has set for itself. Rotting and rotten fruits and veggies are periodically removed so as to facilitate the customers to pick up their choice.

22nd September 2022. This chain of outlets will remain just a utility outlet. We should not even expect any improvement or change. That's the way the stores seem to be managed.

19th December 2022. As thought. No improvement at all. Only deterioration. Even a government organisation is better run nowadays.

27th February 2023. Sheer addiction to shopping from here is the only plus point. However the other value additions are that they regularly weed out the rotten and soggy veggies.

5th May 2023. Today I am degrading this outlet by 1 notch. Nobody is bothered about the customer.

23rd August. There is no change from my opinions posted earlier. I don't expect any positive change also

These two ladies at the billing counter is harmful for any enterprises. They are so harsh and rude and disrespectful to customers and even to cops.they way they talk and the slang was horrible. I live in apartment right behind this shop and I buy from here regularly. Ideally these two should be street vendors I dunno who selected them for a super market. The management should take corrective actions or they are going to miss lot of customers.
