Very very poor service team. Sent me a half different product. The person who handles me Mr. purushothaman gave us a very bad experience. Not able to send a product properly without any fault. Very delayed service. I had to call and ask for the updates. I had to call him 30+ times to get any information. Not capable of handling a client. Very bad experience with Godrej T Nagar better opt for any other store. Not opt for Purushoth Patrick’s service can’t rely on his words. Worst way of handling the client for this showroom.

This store has given defective product. But now they are refusing to take back sayingall godrej product like this only. Don't take delivery till you are 100% satisfied with the product. Send it back. They will say talk to toll free number and they will rectify. But no one will address your issues if you accept delivery once.

Showroom is good, product is nice but it's strictly for high class people and homeowners

Strongly discourage people in rented accommodation from buying any of their assembled products. The dismantling and reassembly charges are about 10% of the product cost. If you move 2-3 times, it's too much to pay for
