Good hospital for diabetes treatment. I like the location of the hospital, surrounded by trees and a calm environment. Dr. Arun is very helpful. He spends quality time to analyse health reports and gives advice based on his observations.

We will get sms and call based reminders about the appointment schedules. It is taking nearly 5 hrs for the regular check up to complete the process as we need to wait for atleast 1 hour 30 min post breakfast and there is a wait time to get reports, Doctor consultation, Doctor’s assistant consultation who will confirm what are all test needs to be taken.

Hospital canteen is pretty decent. Food tastes good and hygienic. Only cash is accepted here which is causing some inconvenience.

Had the most terrible experience with ARH. This is where my parents usually go for diabetes check up but they had to check vitals since my mother had pneumonia, they put admission without even thinking or consulting properly.

post admission they asked us to get CT scan, for that they said we go to Vadapalani all the way from Guindy.

Medall is everywhere yet they make such ridiculous suggestions without considering the health or welfare of patients.

Post CT scan we had to wait 5 hrs to see the pulmonologist.

This is not a multi-speciality and they are not equipped. Hardly any humans in the hospital post 1pm.

They made sure insurance didn't clear on next day as well and I had to pay out of my pocket because otherwise it would be another day in this godforesaken hospital.

My mother is still suffering from the side effects of the medicines that were administered and is completely bedridden. Should ideally sue the hospital. Horrible standards.

My parents escaped from death twice who are aged 80 plus. Cure is there. Reasonable charges.
Doctors team are good.
Visiting doctors are also good.
Execution requires lot improvement.
Hassle free Insurance process.
Improvement require in nursing care and stocking the medicine.
Bills processing should be fast.
