First of all, let me explain why i even bother ordering here, around 4 years back my brother first ordered a Veg white pasta, which was really good.

1) Telephone operator - This guy is super grumpy which is ok, its midnight - he does everything in his power to make sure you don't place an order for delivery - First he will say "Takeaway only no?" even after you clearly say delivery everytime, then he ll insist delivery isn't available for no reason - Second he will say minimum bill value is 1000 Rs when ordering for 1 person, location 2kms away from DnD which is ludicrous.

2) Food quality - around 4 years back the food quality was insanely good, but gradually it declined, pretty confident the white sauce i make tastes better than the one now, previously i had lost hope of even trying to replicate their white sauce because it was that good.

3) Delivery guy - Again super grumpy, which is ok, so i leave the main gate open just so that they can enter and give the food through the door, they ll wait for about 10 mins at the gate till you scream your lungs out wake your neighbors also note, that when placing the order, this has always been mentioned prior.

No idea how Dawn and Dusk is doing business wise, but their overall service has dropped from a 10/10 to a 1/10.

The food was alright. There are no beverage options alcoholic or non alcoholic. I felt they were understaffed and it was hard to get their attention. Overall the place is ok.

Nice food, good ambiance and excellent service. Keep it up. We will visit again.
