Went into the store and both staff behaved like I was invisible, attending their own customer. They saw me walk in, taking a look at the furniture and leave the place. But didn’t bother to greet / ask if I needed assistance/ anything at all. Very RUDE behaviour.

Pepperfry @ Nungambakkam branch always is very welcoming and warm to their customers . Especially, Vishal assisted us very well and kept on checking until the order was placed .

This is NOT a showroom. It's a studio. It's a place where you get to experience Pepperfry furniture. You get to touch and feel their furniture, finishes, textures and all. Now, Wow, this place is just so beautiful. The furniture and the ambience is at it's best. Visual merchandising is done so beautifully. Even the staffs were very polite, professional and patient in explaining things there. Before you order anything from Pepperfry online, drop in here and feel the furniture, look at the details, experience it and you can buy online right from the store itself. They will be able to get you the best deal with some of their coupons.
