Stay away from this property.

Rooms in this property are in a very bad condition & their rooms stink a lot.

Toilets are dirty, switches don't work, rooms are not clean, appliances don't work, cockroaches & insects in the room.

Rooms don't look like the way they are in pictures it's a very old & badly maintained property.

You can go for Madras grand & Hotel Belstead in the same price range

Rooms are nowhere even close to what is mentioned in the pictures given by them. Poor service where the receptionist or staff ignores all requests from you to fix the AC which isn't working in the room.

Had to cancel my booking and get a full refund from MMT.

Really had a good experience while staying here. I would have give them a five star, but gave four star so that may develop further. Rooms are quite large and have almost all modern facilities. They've AC, Washing Machine, TV, Well furnished kitchen equipments. I specially liked their kitchen set up. It was small but well organized. All necessary things were there.

Room fair was a bit high but I think it’s quite a fair one. The standard of the room was quite high. Though they should upgrade their lift service. It's quite old. The manager was a very good person. He helped us in many ways. So, I think It's a well-worth spending.
