Takes their own sweet time citing availability of 1 technician.

This is typical of 4th floor at Heart Centre and a devoted group has fun at the cost of patients misplacing prescription and reports.

Strange that 1 radiologist will complete the Dexa scan and then only come to Mammogram. The bill made at 14:43 mammogram completed only at 15:53

Being Frank!!
The receptionist will inform you that all of the slots for today are booked if you arrive after 9:30am.
Therefore, when you arrive the next day, they will instruct you to wait and call your name, and you will need to wait more than 5 hours before they call the patient whose name you have chosen.

Very poor time management.

Even if you inquire as to how much longer it will be before it is your turn, they will just advise you to wait and they will make the call on their own.
From my perspective, they should at least state the time that the patient will be called to go for the test they have chosen.

People and Place both matter for a exhilarating experience. Apollo Heart Centre can be a model for the world in this context. The place: ambience interiors, facilities etc may well be the best that I've seen in India atleast. People/Staff are key to the experience. Clearly they are v.well trained to make even octogenarians feel at home. I was there to get a whole body check for my father who is 83 and left the place with a feeling that I may not be needed to accompany him for the next years check..God bless Apollo Hospitals and the staff!????
