I have always wanted to learn a martial art. Growing up as a soft handed person i always kept pushing it away since it was out of my comfort zone. And as i got older the apprehension just grew. When I finally decided to do it, CK Velachery just eased me into the process. I felt pretty confident after my trial class with coach Shankar. The class and the environment is very inclusive even for a beginner, whatever your age is. Coach Shankar assists you in every step slowly, without dumping all of it at one go and doesn't expect you to create magic in just one day which was my biggest fear. He slowly pushes you towards perfection in every technique. 3 weeks into the course i already see a lot of changes, movements that i never had the confidence i could pull off and slow improvements that i enjoy everyday. I would strongly recommend CK Velachery for anyone who is looking for a place to start their journey with MMA.

Best place to not only learn combat sports but to also improve fitness. Every fundamental from Boxing, Muay Thai, Kickboxing, BJJ, Judo and other important martial arts are covered with dedicated sessions on a weekly basis with clear emphasis on the form and technique while also explaining the purpose of each part of the technique by breaking it down. Even those who had never performed any highly intensive activity will be able to progress very soon with good form and technique as the training provided here is the best. Other than that many important fitness fundamentals are also checked and covered. I had flat feet and outward pointed toes for a long time and found it very difficult to sprint or perform jumping exercises on my toes. After joining Combat Kinetics our coach Mr. Karthik identified my issue and suggested stretches and exercises to rebuild the arch and change the angle of my toes. After performing the exercises for nearly 3 weeks I have seen massive improvements in my feet and now I feel much better when sprinting or performing jumping excercises. Highly recommended for anyone looking to learn martial arts or just to improve their overall fitness.

Best MMA Training here. Although took the trial session without certainty about continuing, even from the first day felt like I made the right choice to join and decided to start the training sessions. Coach Karthik is very motivating and guides through all the challenges. This is really transformational as there's mental conditioning along with the physical conditioning. I would highly recommend Combat Kinetics as the best place.
