Overall, a pleasant stay. Exceptional staff and service. One of the best value for money apartment hotels in Chennai. I stayed in a studio (deluxe) for a week and after that moved into a one bedroom (executive) for over a week. The food at the in-house restaurant is good.

More attention to detail is required with regards to cleaning - air quality in the rooms, deep cleaning of carpets all throughout the hotel (there is a moldy smell), dusting of walls, a/c ducts and filter. Also saw tiny cockroaches in each of the 2 rooms

Overall stay was good and I'm satisfied with the experience. I spent more time in the pool area and gym. The guy named Ajay Karthik who was the guard in those areas, helped me in certain things. I appreciate his hospitality.

In addition to the pros, I have a few comments:

1. The infinity pool is what initially drew my attention, followed by the jacuzzi, although there was no jacuzzi when I went because construction was taking place. As a result, once you inform your consumer in advance, they will be aware of it before making a hotel reservation.

2. Next feedback is on the check-in timings, there was been a delay of 30' from the mentioned check-in timing from the hotels end. This can be improved, as any guests would not like to wait for more than 15' in the lobby.

Recently i visited the hotel and stayed in single bedroom and it was good. Highlight was shower and bathtub. Check in was a bit delayed but staff were very helping. They provide a single key card to access rooms even with the card only we can go on a lift that's very interesting. Overall we had good stay. I certainly recommend to try this upscale serviced hotel.
