From this campsite we had started our summit push for Goechala View Point 1. Temperature was minus 3 degree celcius.

We enjoyed a night on the way to goechala with sunny weather and chilled wind... and also with the mesmerizing views of My. Pandim, Mt. Tenjing kahng and the mighty Kanchenjunga......

Stunning! There are no distractions - all you can do is to bask in the glories of the Himalayas. The campground is primitive. There is a toilet but no huts to stay in. There are no kitchens either. So, everything has to be carried on yaks/mules. It gets very cold here.
