I find myself lucky to have come visited this place. The persons manning the area were very friendly and supportive and guided us to see the surroundings . View from top is out of the world. A very memorable time spend there .

A good campsite for tent pitching along with a forest rest house. Its locate on singalila trek route in Tibetan Valley. It is the gateway to Nepal. The region is filled with forests of rhododendron and meadows. It commands a magnificent view of the mountain ranges all around.
Distance : from uttarey 10 k.m. trek. If the rode in open you can reach with car ( 4 wheel drive is preferable).

One can start the trecking of about 12-14 kms from Uttarey, Geyzing, westsikkim to Chewbhanjan to enjoy the natural beauty of the Hills. Private Vehicles like Mahindra thaar etc available but they will charge Heavy amount for this route.The motor road is under construction and heavily affected by rain and landslide.Nothing more to watch but if anybody wants solitire and loneliness and fresh air then this is one of the perfect place. There is a mobile network issue...
