The Zenana Mahal of City Palace Udaipur is situate on the lake Pichola. The palace is beautifully maintained and mostly used for the family functions or for the guest to have meals in the open courtyard of the mahal. Only electric vehicles ply inside the premises to move from once place to another. For differently abled person, wheel chair facility is available on-demand. This is a good place for one time visit when visiting the City Palace of Udaipur.

Zenana Mahal(Queen's Palace) has exquisitely designed alcoves, balconies, colored windows.
It has an open pavilion called Chowmukha.
Chowmukha was built by Rana Sangram Singhji II during 1710-34.
The dome on top of the Chowmukha was added to commemorate the 1999-2000 millennium & is known as the Millennium Dome.
In the center of the Zenana Mahal there is an open courtyard named Lakshmi Chowk.
