Overall average experience....
Pros:
1. Room and washroom was clean.
2. Restaurant available.
3. Air conditioned with basic amenities.

Cons:
1. Towels were dirty, they need to replace it.
2. Drainage issue in shower area, water used to get logged.
3. Iron not available at entire hotel.
4. Shoe shiners not available.
5. Only 01 cloth hanger given.
6. Bedsheet not changed after room cleaning.

Our bathroom was not clean. The toilet seat was stained and the toilet was not clean as per standards. The tap was broken. The place does not have 24x7 hot water. Our tap dispensed either smoking hot water or cold water. There was no way that we could adjust the temperature of the water. The kitchen messed up our breakfast order as well.The room was small and not that clean.

Hot water facility was not there even after requesting for 1000 times.... No facility of bucket also....u have to call multiple times if u want something.... Poor management
