Rooms are nice, neat and clean but I have the problem in the Washroom..The flush was broken...also the staff was kind and helpful.. Services are good ,value for Money Hotel.

One request to the hotel team... kindly serve the sealed pack of water Bottles. ..i stayed there for 2 nights and both nights i served open bottles.

Worst hotel to stay.
Customer service was very poor.
AC not ina working condition.
Toilet flush does not work at all.
No parking facility.
Food was not good at all.
I would not recommend to stay in this hotel ever, also they asked us to pay before check-in to the hotel.
We checked out after 6 hours of stay because of the above mentioned reasons.

First of all, if there is anyway to give 0 star then I would have given the same. I booked for 4 nights with approx 3k per night including breakfast. First, in 4 nights, they changed the rooms 2 times and that we cooperated them to do it. Second, they don't allow outside food in room. Third, their restaurant's food was pathetic and not even cooked properly, forget about the taste and quality. Fourth, Rs. 300 per day for breakfast for 2 people includes, poha, upma, aloo paratha and poori bhaji on some or other day with tea. There was no aloo in aloo paratha, poori was oily and under cooked. Fifth, service, this is the major problem in hotel where they have very limited staff to cater room service or restaurant. One have to call multiple times for any room service. Even for water they take 30 minutes. We waited for 40-50 minutes just for bread butter. Sixth, no hot water in bathroom in chilling winter when temperature was 7-8 degree. Seventh, even after so much issue and cooperation, they were not ready to give discount of single penny. At last, during my check out when I told that I will write the review they said that they don't care about review and do whatever you can do.

Please don't go to this hotel.
