We visited the famous OTR for lunch. The indoor caffe is also a good place to be.

Ambience was good with nice view of antique handicrafts and garden.

Food was okay. We ordered dumplings which were good. Paneer tikka was good but the quantity was small and plated badly. Clear soup also served with dumplings which were good.

All over ambience is good in indoor caffe as well but food did not match the fame of restaurant

I felt "On The Rocks" is an overhyped restaurant in Jodhpur. Not sure about their veg items. However, it is not at all recommended for non veg food.

Starter was average. But the main course items (Lal Mas and Chicken Biryani) tasted totally insipid. You may forget the original taste of Biryani after trying the same from this restaurant. Prices are too high in view of the food quality. Outdoor ambience was chaotic. Some Drunken people was doing chit chat like no one else was there in the restaurant.

Outdoor sitting arrangement was nice. You may visit with your family and friends on a non busy day.

The restaurant has a great ambience with both In-dinning and Open Garden options. The waiting time is a bit long however the staff is proactive in serving food. We ordered a Mojito, Laal Maas, Rice & Dal. The Mojito was really bad, Laal Maas was very average having the mutton very tender & juicy but the gravy was pathetic, and the Rice & Dal was good in taste. The quantity of the food was good enough to serve two in one item The cost doesn't justify the taste of the food, so I wouldn't recommend this place.
