They sell FAKE/COUNTERFEIT branded jewelry. DO NOT BUY any branded products from Gems and Jewels. During my visit to Jodhpur, they sold me a Bvlgari ring saying its authentic; when I came back to San Francisco, CA and showed the ring at Bvlgari store, they looked at the ring and confirmed its a fake/counterfeit product; Bvlgari even sent the ring to their jewelry department who had a closer look and confirmed (in writing via email) that its a fake ring. When I contacted Gems and Jewels, they started saying that they never said they are selling a Bvlgari ring; if you are not selling a Bvlgari ring then why does your ring says: Bvlgari, Made in Italy with a serial number (see pictures). Basically all the marking of a counterfeit ring.

BEWARE: Gems and Jewels has a lot of branded counterfeit items in their store. I am amazed how many people in India they might be duping given there are so few brand stores in India so there is no way for anyone to know if the product Gems and Jewels sold them is authentic or not.

Gems and jewels palace doesn't need any intro. Over the years it has acquired international fame but I particularly like to talk about the Jodhpur outlet. It's very spacious like most of gems outlets and a very courteous and cooperative staff here
