Absolutely pathetic experience with Jakhar Travels. The bus never arrived on the specified time on the pickup point. The number shared by the travels for contact was the number of their office which simply responded in a computerized voice then the phone rings and no one picks up.
The office itself was closed during the bus pickup time and none of the phone numbers on the office or the website were attended to.
I waited for 2 hours, the bus never came, the phone was never picked.
Finally after 2 hours and 60 phone call attempts later the phone was picked up by someone and their response was that you'll get your refund the bus has left.
The bus has left how? From where? What is the drivers number? To which the guy doesn't have any response.
They don't know who is driving their bus. The GPS on the bus is broken. The number of the driver isn't available.
How are we supposed to think that they are in anyway going to take care of the passenger. My experience says they don't.

Never travel to this bus service. Even being paid, the quality of service is poor. Even one star is also not required.

Private bus agency operating bus service from Jodhpur to various cities in Rajasthan and beyond. Like other private bus service providers, rude behavior from staff is a norm. Buses are it very comfortable. Must be used as a last resort if trains are not available.
