Reception is very rude poor quality hotel poor experience ????

Very poor hotel.
1. The rooms are indeed very dirty
2. Dirty bedsheets
3. Dirty Washroom
4. CRT Television instead of LCD
5. They don't clean the rooms nor the corridors
6. Good water facilities with 24/7 Hot water and cold water
7. Switches were really broken
8. 4th floor was quite haunted
9. At first i was provided room 205, but after reaching i discovered that no electricity supply were there to the room
Ah there's a lot of disadvantages.. so can't type anymore, the last one :
10. The lift doesn't responds until you call it twice or thrice.
