Maharani's Palace has an interesting display of Rajput weaponry
It houses the Silehkhana or Arms & Armoury Museum
It is in the NW corner of the Mubarak Mahal square.
Silehkhana is a Persian word, where sileh stands for weapons & khana means a place of storage.

Silehkhana gallery has one of the largest collections of weapons & antique handguns.
The weapons include swords, double edged cutters, daggers, knives, axes & arrows.
There are 3 types of guns, namely, matchlock, flintlock & percussion cap.
The sword of Rao Jodha called Khanda weighing over 7 pounds can be found here.

Mughal swords were gifted to the rulers of Amber. Swords inscribed with the name of Jahangir & Shah Jahan can be found here.
