The shrine at Taragarh is the second most important Dargah in Ajmer, and is dedicated to Syed Meeran Husaain. Hussain was the Governor of the fortress of Taragarh and was killed by the Rajput in 1202A
This dargah or shrine is dedicated to Meeran Syed Hussain, the 13th century military governor of Taragarh who held the fortress on behalf of the Mughals, but was killed during a Rajput attack.
The place seems very commercial to me, which faithfuls obligated to donate something for a prayer. Something more for the faithful than for me.
