The shrine at Taragarh is the second most important Dargah in Ajmer, and is dedicated to Syed Meeran Husaain, who was the Military Governor of the fortress of Taragarh in 13th Century on behalf of the Mughals.
Taragarh fort is in ruins now and no sightseeing / remains of the fort are present. Only the great Wall of Taragarh fort can be visible from Ajmer Sharif is there marking a boundary.

Mashallah... This was my third time that I've been here. I was afraid of heights at the time of going but once i reached there the feeling of peace and courage bring me the energy to come back without any fear. The route to dargah is well established. The railing is on 90%+ road and well maintained. The night light is still remaining there on the route inshallah in future we can see that soon.

The dargah has good facility of wuzukhana and for tourists you can enjoy horse ride and camel ride here. It has the facility of guest house and restaurant there. The view is amazing. The imam saheb and staffs are friendly and co-operative.

It takes less than half an hr to reach the destination from dhai din ka jhopada. We stayed for at least 1 he here. The driver charged 150 ₹ per person to take & bring back from dargah to dhai din ka jhopada. (As per june 2022).
