I have bought 2 bed sheets of Kopa Company but at the time of billing they have charged for 3 numbers and even security guard failed to check the same so I have to went again from Chandigarhfor the reimbursement.
They have checked the video recording to check the facts said by me which was confirmed at last, remaining amount was refunded but good part is they have nothing to say regarding the second visit done on the same day in such a heat. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Great service by staff.
I purchased SAMSUNG Fridge from here, they visited home to make transaction and provide free delivery at less price that local market.

Very disappointed with delivery partner. He took much time than expected with rude behaviour.

Reliance Smart of mohali is one of the best shop, at Bestech Square Mall. All the reliance shops from trends to fresh are present. The reliance smart has wide range of products and you can choose from any. The cash counter have less manpower and more customers. I would suggest to improve ths billing sections. You will find reliance on the ground floor of the mall. It is easy to navigate among huge products.
