I wish I had a 0 star rating option. Below is the copy of the email that I have sent to the customer care.

I am writing this email hoping it gets to the right channel. In today’s world when everything is available online just a few clicks away. We still take chances trying new brands in stores. A made the same blunder by visiting your store in the BESTECH mall in Mohali on Aug-18th 2018 around 7pm. There was a female sales advisor, she told us we can buy 3 T shirts in 999. She didn’t explain the entire offer. Later when I got the billing done ,I found it little over the estimated price,I asked the billing person about it. So he told that you have been charged 1499 for 3 Ts as the higher value was 1499. I told him to cancel the entire bill of 2773 (as there were other items as well) and issue a refund,to which he replied NO, he can’t do that. I told him that I can call my credit card company and dispute it right away. I was shocked to see such an arrogant behaviour in customer service. It then converted into heated argument and finally he agreed to give a cash refund.

We never had such a terrible in store experience, there are issues with billing almost everywhere,however there are ways to handle it.Your staff speaks about your brand,which was terrible.

I am going to write reviews now on Facebook,Amazon,Flipkart,google. Wherever you are. Your ph# given on the website keeps on ringing.I called more than 10 times and no one answered,which finally lead me writing this email.

I placed an online order for a product on 26th April 2021 but now it's 21st May but still I didn't received my order nor they refund my money . And more over they are not responding my mails .
So my experience is very bad ... Don't know about product but service is very very poor. Hopeless and worst .

I am a biggest fan of this brand.From last 3 years I purchase my every season stuff.Very good quality...best offers ever.There is s good collection for every age group.Staff is very polite and helpfull.Love to visit again n again.
