I am a pizza lover and foody person,here i loved my sitting with family more than my expectations. Taste of pizza combined by soft base plus taste of soft drinks made some memories for me.
Best place for food lovers,pizza lovers.
There is some lack in service that may be due to rush hours. Music experience can be improved more.
Combo meal for 4 or two are some of the best combos that are pocket friendly without compromising with taste,quality and quantity.

Sadly i am giving two star to this pizza hut outlet .

THIS WAS GREATLY SCREWED SUNDAY LUNCH ...

Worst pizza EATEN ever in my whole times being a pizza hut lover ...

The staff either changed or don't want to serve people they are supposed to ....

I was ordering for dine then thought about to get it done in take away as needed to reach home soon ....

Just saw BOGO offer on wall.....

Staff was quite unprecedented to tell about it ....

Although gave the order for BOGO , At first he told me that it will cost about 250 rs then while billing 350rs charged from me ..

That wasn't the big deal...
As being a regular customer i know that prices change as per classic or signature variant ....

Which i have already asked him before placing order at that moment he denied for price change ....

All this was less to ruin whole pizza mood when came home just saw the quality of pizza with completely dry toppings and cheese less ,taste less ,whole dried pizza .....

It's like it was prepared yesterday .....

On top of that ....when I was leaving the counter one more customer was asking about BOGO offer ....
One lady staff was coming outside from kitchen area and speaking loudly that we are getting only these orders ,it's 4-5th order from morning ......

If staff have such issues with offer then you should ask your management .....

It's quite pathetic when your customers are standing in front of you nd you are showing lack of hospitality while working in such a big house.......

I really don't bring staff in complaints if i get somewhere .... But this is quite miserable experience.......

I think my friends from Chandigarh mohali who used to say Domino's is better than pizza hut i felt it true today badly.....

I have eaten at pizza hut Mumbai,Bangalore ,delhi,Lucknow ,kanpur ,Kolkata, Jaipur and many other city outlets but this is the first pathetic experience of mine ......really hard to digest this thing ........

And menu condition and options are too limited .....that's why so many times after looking at this outlet i used to think how it seems too idle over here .....so this is the reason ........

Rest only good thing which i felt that usual dining infra of pizza hut ..which i love for its comfort and peace ........

Forgotten to mention
You can expect only 25% of pizza hut menu which you get at good pizza hut outlet

It really seems like a fake or cheat pizza hut outlet .....

Ordered Spanish tomato penne and got penne carbonara (wrong sauce) so I sent it back and what they do is bring me back fusilli (correct sauce, wrong pasta) instead but I took it because I didnt want to make a big deal about it. I get there are people working for the dishes and I dont want to make it hard for them but a little disappointed with the mix-up because I specifically asked for penne. But because the staff were polite with everything and were welcoming, I am very much willing to overlook the mix-up. Sure hope next time I ask for penne I don't have to settle for fusilli :)
