I just came from keventers

First the server is so rude that he tells you not to talk coz he is busy typing something on the PC

Second I had query and was just planning to order ,he just answered my query and did not take my order (mind it I am the only customer there ) instead he left the conversation and started making some order for someone else

I have been having keventers for the past few years

Have had it at different locations and nevr experienced such rash treatment!

I feel very disappointed

Out of the 10 things you ask, you will hear yes for only 3-4 things.
Adding Ice Cream is a must as they don't have cold milk/ ice cubes.
