Terrible experience. We were told that we have to take doctor’s appointment two days prior, so we did that. When we reached there (we are not from Patiala, we have to travel 45 minutes to reach there), the receptionist cut the payment slip and then told us to wait for four hours. Apparently, the doctor went to OT. All this after we talked to the receptionist on call and then reached there. So we asked if we wait for four hours, is it confirmed that the doctor will see us. She said no, we can’t say that for sure. Then she said you can come tomorrow. She knew we are coming from another city because we called prior to coming there. Then before making us pay she could have informed us that the doctor is not available at the moment. Just terrible business.

Behaviour of this doctor is very rude.
No proper guidance
staff is also rude.
They are only Business minded
And one thing more all five stars and positive reviews are fake given by one review profiles

Bad experience , rude staff, no system to attend patients we have to wait for 4 -5 hours, we went in emergency and they said co me after 3 days
