A very nice and good hotel to stay with family. This place is a family friendly place. Rooms here are quite spacious and provide comfortable stay to their customers. Swimming pool is spacious and provide great relief to tourists staying in this hotel. Overall this place is a great place to put your money.

Visited many times. One of the very old hotels in Amritsar. Once upon a time it was a land mark hotel. With changing times, it’s still giving a good battle to new n better hotels. Favourite with NRIs n always crowded. Parking seems bit difficult and contributes to irritation at times. Staff is good n food is also very good in taste. Easily approachable. Decent rooms. Some immediate repairs are needed but it presents a royal picture while staying. It speaks its glory of the past. This hotel has a good history n was favourite with many top politicians n officers.
Good hotel. Still command a good respect. All facilities including swimming pool. Good to stay with family.

The place has not developed itself at all and seems that time has stood still for over 3 decades for this hotel.
Nothing in the hotel has a fresh look and that includes the old and new employees alike.
The premises is well maintained , neat and clean and definitely is a star hotel but you will find newer buildings with fresher interiors at cheaper price.
