Three years ago, I had the opportunity to stay at Navratan Guest House during my visit to Amritsar. Reflecting on my experience, I would describe it as average overall.

The staff at Navratan Guest House were courteous and attended to my check-in process promptly. However, their service lacked a personal touch, and I found it to be rather transactional. While they provided necessary information about the guest house facilities, I didn't receive any additional assistance or recommendations to enhance my stay.

The guest house itself had a basic setup. The rooms were clean but modestly furnished, and the overall decor was minimal. The amenities provided were functional, but there were no notable features or extra comforts that stood out. The bed was reasonably comfortable, allowing for a decent night's sleep, but the ambiance of the room felt ordinary.

One aspect that left room for improvement was the maintenance and cleanliness of Navratan Guest House. In conclusion, my stay at Navratan Guest House in Amritsar three years ago was average. While the staff were courteous and the rooms were clean, there were areas where improvements could have been made, such as personalized service and maintenance. If you are seeking a budget-friendly option with basic amenities, Navratan Guest House may suffice. However, for a more satisfying and memorable stay, exploring other guest house options in the area might be worth considering.
