Little bit pricey. We booked it through make my trip, prior to arrival. Staff are courteous and friendly. Guided us well. Hot water available. Mr Shiva Kumar, staff, called me on time to inform that room is ready. And he ya so friendly, all along our stay.
Those, who like to stay near beach, can opt it without a second thought.
Note: it's very near to beach, but you don't get a sea view from hotel.

This guest house is just on the face of promenade beach. Affordable and clean. Need to mention a lot about the care taker (a lady ) very good hospitality...a Common kitchen and hall is available. Open balcony where u can enjoy the sea breeze.

Very bad experience. Not worth the money. Poorly managed and maintained. Had to argue with manager for getting the room i booked. He tried to fool us by giving some spare room not in good condition.
No toilet rolls. Flush etc. Also not working. Curtains they use are made up of used bedsheets it seems that too in torn conditon. Not a good place to stay.
