5 star for the location of the hotel and 3 star for the costly price.
This hotel is located in the heart of the white town just walkable distance from beach and all important must visit places of pondy.
We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Complimentary breakfast spread was awesome and tasty. And we loved it. The rooms were neat and compact but dimly lit. One bright light can be added as choice. Bathrooms were neat. Receptionist and staffs were helpful. The location was so peaceful that we really enjoyed all the 3 days waking up and walking to the beach, seeing sunrise and sunset. Price can be reduced for the size of the room . Overall we were very very happy and satisfied. Thumbs up for the stay and food.

We got the room for 2 nights at a reasonable price but once we reached there early in the morning they didn't entertain our request for early check-in. They said check-in can be done by 12 noon. The room they allotted was spacious but felt damp and moist, we requested for a different room which they did the next day. This was better than earlier but some issues were still there. Like when you pay a reasonable high (3k +) price, you don't expect mosquitoes and wet bathroom mats. Though the rooms were clean the bathroom door mat was dirty and wet. Also the complementary breakfast was very ordinary.
They need a lot of improvement

Mixed experience, Should be more elderly friendly.

1. It is not wheelchair friendly
2. First step is super high hard to step up for elderly
3. Near to rock beach walkable distance
4. Parking is issue, it is super steep slot so didn't park in basement, parked on road.
5. Breakfast is good but need to climb 2 floor to get, so for elderly it is issue, ask for carry on plate and serve elderly in room.
6. Front desk is good.
