I am giving 3start only for cleanliness. But the person sitting in reception was mannerless. They charged extra 300/- without receipt so before going have a very Clear conversation. No water bottle provided only a jug of water which was not looking clean. No lunch and dinner restaurant available in walkin distance so u have to go 1/2 km. To have.

The behaviour of the staff and owner was rude... He asked for extra money after booking too without receipt.. Rooms were clean and air conditioned... Overall experience not very good

average room, little overpriced
pros:
1. clean and comfortable bedding.
2. hot and cold water facility in the bathroom. (hot water not available for drinking)
3. convenience stores are nearby.
4. swiggy and zomato orders allowed to the doorstep.
5. lift facility available to all the floors

cons:
1. lots of mosquitoes to disturb your sleep at the night. one reason is bad structure of windows as they are not fully sealed. there is a wide gap between sliders through which mosquitoes keep entering. NO mosquito repellant provided by the hotel.
2. wifi speed is slow. 1-2 mbps.
3. lots of dust on fan. looks like they have never been cleaned.
4. cupboard size is small for 2 people's belongings and no lock facility is there.
5. attendant is little rude. might create fuss for payments etc.

PS: Also price difference is huge among different platforms. on agoda its somewhere INR 400-500, while on OYO its around INR 900-1200 for the same room (based on my search results). So it creates confusion. also Agoda claims a complementary breakfast at this place but the fact is there is no in-house kitchen nor they have any tie up with any restaurant. So I didn't get why that false claim was there or why didn't they display the updated stuff on site instead of MISGUIDING the people who are going to travel. All these things might give a negative impression about the place to the first time travellers. OYO should take care of these things.
Especially about the manager of this place, many people have already complained in the reviews. Even I noticed that those people are rude to talk to and spoils the vibe. But I don't know why OYO is not able to handle it in 6 months. still same complaints are being raised.
