Hotel Review.

I recently stayed at the Grand Hotel in Paris and I have to say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and was impressed by the stunning lobby. The staff was friendly and accommodating throughout my stay, always eager to assist with any request
The location of the hotel is unbeatable, situated right in the heart of the city, with easy access to many popular attractions. It's also close to several metro stations, making it easy to explore the city further.

The amenities at the hotel were impressive, from the well-equipped fitness center to the luxurious spa. The room was spacious and well-furnished, with a comfortable bed and a stunning view of the city.

The staff was excellent, providing top-notch service from check-in to check-out. They were attentive, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to make my stay comfortable.

The food at the hotel was also excellent, with a variety of options available for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The restaurant had a lovely atmosphere and the service was impeccable.

Overall, I had a wonderful stay at the Grand Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in Paris. The staff, amenities, and location are all top-notch, making it the perfect choice for any traveler.

Overall experience is average. Hotel location is on main road, one can easily find.
The biggest disappointment was, I booked this hotel with my primary criteria of Swimming pool, which I promised my kid. But to my surprise, it was under maintenance on my travel date and there was no information about it in my booking. It was not possible for me to change hotel at last minute.
I wanted to celebrate my wedding anniversary in the hotel, but as pool was under maintenance, so no option for pool side dinner. Only option left for the dinner arrangement was in restaurant. But by seeing the ambience of restaurant we decided to go outside to any better place and celebrate.
1st booked room was having issue with mattress, where mattress springs had literally came out. But thanks to hotel management, they get us another room.
The 2nd room was neat and clean and bed was comfortable.
Breakfast was good with lot of varieties. Lunch was average.

One of the good hotel i found recently. Food is good. Room is clean. Service is amazing. People are helpful and understand the situation.

We faced some internet issue, when they couldn't solve, they are ready to change our room.
