Good place for a weekend trip....clean rooms but for food and coffee you need to step out

The picture shown in OYO page is of a big room but in real they gave us a small room. The amenities are not that good. Service is poor as we asked for plates to have dinner, they brought it after like half an hour. And the people were partying and making noises which spoiled our sleep. It's not up to the standard OYO terms but the cost is more. But, in security wise, it's good and the location is good as it's near to many places in walkable distance. That's the advantage. It'd be nice if the tariff is a bit less for smaller rooms.

Small budget hotel in a good central location in Pondicherry town. Very close to MG road and Mission Street and walkable from the Rocky beach.
Parking is on the road, but we didn't have problems. Complimentary breakfast is there, rooms are good. Room service is ok. Good budget hotel in an ideal location
