This budget hotel is located fairly close to the beach (600 meters or so), so location is pretty good. If you are a person who loves exploring by walks and dont mind walking a few kilometers, there are enough things to see on the Promenade and elsewhere by walk. Also, enough eateries around so eating is not a concern. The hotel staff is courteous and responsive and does not need followups on the requests.
Rooms are average size but the intelligent use of mirrors in the rooms (and across the hotel) makes things appear larger than they are. We booked 2 rooms wherein one was decent but other had many problems. The hotel upon being informed did change the second room.
In terms of amenities and all, there is nothing to talk about except the hotel has parking for 4 cars given that there is no haphazard parking by 2 wheelers.
Overall a decent budget stay as I expected for what I paid.

Do not recommend at all! Very very impolite room reservation staff. They don't refund amount inspite of confirming full refund on email upon cancellation even after 3 months of calling and emailing. They definitely need training on communication skills and commitments that they give.

Advantage is it's near rock beach, other than that it is an average hotel good to have a weekend stay with your friends and family. Nothing special in particular. No complaints however I hope it was a bit cheaper though.
