I really had a pleasant stay here. It's a perfect place for backpackers! The owner/host was quite an amiable person, putting one at ease. Also, the rates are quite reasonable. You get to meet an assortment of people from different cultures, places, etc. And yes, one can always chill with a bottle of alcohol up on the terrace while the cool pondi sea breeze puts you in a cozy mood.
The place is well maintained and gave me an overall good impression. You can cook there too!
I'll be honest, if you don't mind the distance from the beach (it's around 3-4 km inland), it's worth it in every aspect.

Amazing location, walkable distance from bus stand. Pocket friendly option. Good for groups or even if travelling alone. Clean rooms and washrooms. Kitchen has got all the basic facilities to cook for yourself. They have good Wi-Fi too. They also have a small backyard and a terrace to wind out and chill. Good for groups and solo travellers. Absolutely cost worthy ????

Considering the daily tariff rate they charge the facilities are quite impressive. The staff managing the hostel and very friendly, courteous and helpful. They cooperated a lot. I will definitely recommend all backpackers to stay here. Nice clean Nas well maintained environment. Keep up the good work Team Droid.????
