cheat cheat cheat... they have mentioned local id are accepted and at the time of check-in refuse to check in.. ok that is also not an issue.. I'm requesting them to cancel it from their end.. they refused and nice enjoyed my money.. they only need money don't need guest.. please think before making prepayment.. they will take ur money and ur check in May be refused without any refund

This was 'THE' worst experience I ever had at an oyo. The caretaker as well as the captain are too rude to handle and are a total vacation spoiler.
They have no idea on how to handle customers.
I would rather live in Dharamsaala...

Bad service, had to wait an hour for check in. The caretaker is rude too.
