Went for covid vaccination here very clean and neat center. Ample amount of staffs are present to guide you... proper seating arrangements are made.... parking can be a problem as its in a narrow street.

The place is known for its clean and healthy environment. Medicinal plants have been planted here. There is a park, there is a gym. The doctors and staff are very friendly

I went here for my first dose of COVID vaccine- Covaxin.

Pros: 1)The premises are neat and hygienic and within the premises proper COVID protocols are being followed.
2)Police are guarding the gate and keeping a check on how much crowd is entering the premises at a time to maintain social distancing.
3)There is a waiting area with chairs too where one can wait after getting the vaccine.
4) HC staff and police were polite and understanding irrespective of the moderate commotion that took place in the crowd. They were listening and guiding people patiently when anyone asked for any info.

Cons:1) Google map location and direction is wrong. Had to ask local people to get the exact location.
2) No facility to control/help crowd outside the gate. Stood and waited outside the gate in a long line for over an hour under hot sun of this summer.
3) No system to check or manage slots. My slot was 9.30am to 10.30am but while i reached at 9.20am got to know that previous slot folks are also still waiting. My turn came around 10:45am.
4) Only one health care person is delivering the vaccine. This is the reason for so much delay.
5) No volunteer is providing information to folks waiting outside the gate in line so people are getting frustrated due to cluelessness and they are gathering at the gate causing agitation.
6) There is only one entry and exit gate which is common for Vaccination and covid testing. There is a chance of getting infected therefore. Luckily when i went for vaccine, the testing center was closed for the day.

Overall it was an okay experience. There was no trouble as such. However, Could be far more better and organised. At the end of the day got vaccinated successfully maintaining covid protocol. It was a good thing that common public has also started taking protocol seriously. The public waiting outside was also very patient, quiet and well behaved.

Nevertheless, Thanks to the State Govt, Police staff and hospital staff who are trying their best to get us all vaccinated within such a short span.❤️Lucky and proud to be a denizen of Odisha.❤️
