•Aludum Dahibara was appetising here. I loved the taste.
•It was topped with tomato sauce, Pudina chutney, dahi and garnished with onion and cucumber.
•Bara was well-cooked, and it had absorbed the flavour of dahipani which enhanced the taste.
•Now coming to dahipani, without which Aludum Dahibara is incomplete. It was not bland, had it's own flavour and was mixed with Pudina chutney which helps you tolerate the heat in Bhubaneswar.
•He's been selling here Aludum Dahibara and Idli since 10-12 years. Aludum Dahibara is sold @25₹, extra aludum is given for free but extra Dahibara would cost you 10₹. It's worth it though.
