The staff was dressed horribly(he was literally in undergarments). The whole ambience at reception was poor and place seemed more like a small lodge rather than a hotel. The attitude of staff seemed very casual and informal. Otherwise, the service was fine.
The bedsheet was torn and stained, and there was bad smell from inside the blanket. The cupboard was so smelly that you can't even open it for a second.
The room, otherwise, was clean. Bathroom was also clean and fine. AC worked fine.

The rooms are nice and clean, the bathroom was hygienic. Other amenities like AC, TV, wifi were all good. The staffs were very well behaved.
Pro tip: The also have a pet dog in the hotel. So if you're a dog lover choose this right away.

Experience was not good at all. I have been to many OYO rooms but this is the first time I had a bad experience. Location is very difficult to reach. I called on the number present in OYO app but even the owners are unable to explain the location properly. Now coming to the rooms & services, the rooms to a surprise are different than it is shown in OYO app. Half of the rooms are under construction with patchy walls, the bed spreads and bath towel are not clean with stains in it. Service was equally bad with the owners showing a very casual attitude towards anything that was asked. I felt pity on them when they ran after me to forcefully give a 5 star rating in OYO app. OYO if you are reading this then you should work on rooms which deliver better user experience rather than allowing just any random person who has got some rooms/vacancies to be your partner.
