This Polo Ground which is lying to the South of Uttra and to the West of Shri Shri Govindaji Temple was developed by king Marjit at Tenkhei Kha, the present Helipad in 1814 A.D."

Inner polo ground it is said that polo is originated in manipur legend has it. And now this place is known as inner pologround and now it is also a helicopter landing platform.
