The lady on the counter or the manager I'm not sure , she is very rude . The staff is polite
Manager's tone changed when I asked for return or exchange , as per bill and policy she refused to give me zivame coins and also told me if you exchange we don't have anything in that range . Eventually I found sports bra in that range but her attitude was not right , i still was calm and went through it but my mother stepped out seeing her attitude

The lady over the counter worst in conversation when i asked some help about size guide she just shouted on me she has not any worth of customers i have got worst experience in my whole life just because that lady
