I had to write this review because this was the second time i had visited the store and i was disappointed both the times.

The first time i had visited i had ordered passion fruit iced tea and i was served lemon iced tea.

Second time i had ordered latte and i was served cappuccino. I had even ordered a hot chocolate. Both the drinks were not even hot.

I was accompanied by my family so i didnt complain both the times. Never visiting third wave coffee again.

Had ordered mango milkshake. Good quantity and quality but served a bit too chilled and should have been topped with mango pieces as shown in the pic at the outlet. Also the colour of the milkshake indicates addition of a bit too much of milk instead of mango.
Overall a good place to visit. Would revisit.
Helpful and courteous staff.

Love the coffee experience at Third Wave Coffee. Great staff. Great coffee. Had a Monsoon Malabar pour over. Staff Mr. Azharuddin explained the coffee making process and a Lil bit of history about coffee very well.
Would love to visit again. A fan of Third Wave!
