Yoga teacher Kiran is very amazing and professional. With few months of my training, I can see a lot of difference in my body flexibility. She is very disciplined in her approach and training and helps you to get better results. Highly recommend for people who are wanting to learn or practice yoga

If you are looking for a place to learn and practice yoga under a professional trainer, then Yog-Deep is the right place to join!! I have been practicing yoga under the guidance of Kiran mam for the last six months, and have benefited a lot! She is a wonderful yoga trainer; very punctual and guides well. Also, while training, she shares the knowledge on how the asanas will benefit the body. I highly recommend this centre to everyone.

My mom has been doing yoga under the guidance of Kiran Ma’am and I can very well see a lot of difference in her. She is very very happy with the guidance that Kiran Ma’am has to offer. Would highly recommend Kiran Ma’am for yoga tutorials. One more addition is the fees over here is very reasonable yet the approach is very warm.
