Worst outlet I have ever seen! Argumentative staff, highly rude and they don't even know what customer means. They will send you the wrong pizza theought some delovery chain, then argue or cancel your order because they have no electricity after 45 minutes waiting. We used to love this place in malad, but in thane they are like hooligans or worse!

Stay away...!

This is a very small place. Seatinh arrangement is conjusted. When I visited, there was only 1 Employee present to do all the job, from cleaning to cooking. He informed there is waiting of 30 minutes after which he will accept my order. I had to visit different restaurant for dinner.

Ordered a medium Hot chikcen and Keema Garlic bread. Bill was above Rs 500...what do we get for it??? Chicken pieces on each slice that were small and not more than 3 per slice. The chef took great pains to count them and place them....better yet the counter guy literally played deaf to our concern by simply saying it is hot chicken. All this while he continued to flip channels on TV...like he didnt give a damn..this franchisee definitely is driving down the image of Smokin Joes..overall a very very unpleasant experience.
