Worst Service after sales.
These people will only speak good while selling the product.
Bought Amstrad AC and never got issue fixed for sound from outdoor and indoor unit and cooling issue. It's a recurring issue from past 6 to 7 months.
There CS people only give false commitment and never get issue fixed.
At times they don't answer calls and later technician also does the same. Vijay Sales one of the good offline option but it also died because of Worst and Painful after sales service and Customer Service team.
I also went to Vijay sales care kapurbawdi from where I bought the AC these people will check and get it fixed but nothing has been done. NEVER BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM VIJAY SALES #VijaySales

Nice experience at vijay sales, wide range of various brand, products, humble staff, well known about products specifically and akash is good sales person from faber good knowledge about all models and products, keep it up????

We purchased AC few week back from Vijay Sales. Sales guys were good and informative however we noticed dent on compressor unit post delivery.Something happened during delivery and no one bothered to inform. Looks minor from outside but you never know if it has done any internal damage or not. Be careful and inspect closely post delivery.
