I made enquiry for replacement of old ornament with new one that time they told me all gold will melt and test gold purity in front of you and amt will less against new one,
But at the time of final calculation they weighted my old ornament many time and played game with us, as they expert in showing calculation which is more one side of shop for that they take help of there boss, they talk in their language which we unable to understand
My observation Is
There sales person trained for smart calculation for how to earn more from customer if he not aware about the things

Very genuine people. I am their customer since 2004. They have great designs and good collection. Also they are very honest and will never cheat customers
